My intention for this websie is to offer suggestions to readers that can easily be incorporated into daily living.
My experience has been that the concepts of dieting, rigorous excercise plans, or restrictions of any kind haven't worked for me because my "basic self" rebels. I have discovered that adding a healthy habit works far better than continuously attempting to rid myself of an unhealthy one. So, I encourage being gentle with yourself as you place your intention to develop healthy life disciplines. The word "disciple" is a good one in describing the desire to be as healthy as you can. Being a disciple unto yourself while caring for your temple (body, mind and spirit) is a perspective that I use in my own life.

When we don't make time in our lives for some, or all of the above
components, consider the possibility that we are doing violence to ourselves.
